Geogrids

Geogrids are high strength oriented polymer grid structures used to reinforce soils & are made from high Tenacity polyester yarns, when coated with Poly Vinyl Chloride they make a strong, durable & dimensionally stable geogrid. Our product is highly recommended for reinforcement of soils & other granular materials for a wide variety of applications including soil retaining walls.

Maruti Geogrid™ has good tensile strength, low elongational ratio & high occlusive force with soil or gravel which is ideal for soil reinforcement purposes. Maruti Geogrid™ is resistant to UV rays, bacteria attacks and aging resistant &has a product life of about 75 to 120 years.

MARUTI GEO COMPOSITE

Geocomposite is combination of various Geosynthetics materials like Geotextile, Geonet, Geo-membrane, Geogrid bounded in such a way that specific applications are addressed in the optimal manner, mini-mum lost, less time and minimum labour force and are waving basic functions separation, reinforcement, filtration, drainage and containment.
Geocomposites consist of a geonet heat bonded with a nonwoven geotextile, and are designed to provide drainage filtration to keep silt and soil particles from clogging the flow or to increase the friction characteristics.

Maruti GEO-DRAIN is made from high density polyethylene plastic and it is a kind of geomembrane with dimples on the surface. It is light and flexible, strong and resilient.
Maruti GEO-DRAIN could also be coated by non-woven geotextile. The geotextile is a precision manufactured polyester non-woven fabric. Maruti GEO-DRAIN controls soil erosion, protects constructions, allows water to drain, while reducing water table pressure. It is an insulating material and its corrugation allows proper ventilation to foundations.

When expanded during installation, the interconnected strips form three-dimensional cellular structure which can be filled with sand, soil or other site material, providing strength and stabilization from roadways to steep embankments.
This creates a free-draining system that holds infill materials in place and prevents mass movements by providing confinement through tensile reinforcement. Cellular confinement systems improve the structural and functional behavior of soils and aggregate infill materials. Base stabilization with the Maruti Technical Toughcell system is especially effective in soft-soil areas.
